"Momentum Trade" Stratejisi Kullanan Bir Swing Trader İçin Pocket Pivot'un Önemi

Öncelikle belirtmek isterim ki, bu yazımda “Pocket Pivot” kavramının tanımı, hesaplama yöntemleri vb. detaylarına girmeyeceğim. Bu bilgilere internetten çok kolay bir şekilde ulaşabilir, kullandığınız trading platformunda grafiklerinize ekleyip deneyebilirsiniz. Bu yazıda, çok daha önemli olduğunu düşündüğüm; “Pocket Pivot (PP)”u neden ve nasıl kullandığım konusunu açıklamaya çalışacağım.
Trader'ın görevi piyasa hareketlerini doğru tahmin etmek ve bu hareketlerden kazanç elde etmektir. Finansal piyasalarla ilgilenen herkesin sürekli tecrübe ettiği gibi, doğru giriş-çıkış noktalarını belirlemek kolay değildir. Bu noktada, momentum trade stratejisini benimsemiş bir trader olarak, "Pocket Pivot" benim için önemli bir rehber görevi görüyor.
Pocket Pivot aslında büyük balıkların, kurumsal fonların attığı adımların izleridir. Bu adamlar piyasadaki trendin yönünü belirlerler. Benim amacım ise bu momentumun pozitife geçtiği en erken noktada pozisyon almaktır. Pocket Pivot, kısa ya da uzun vadeli de baksanız, genellikle bir hissenin düşüş trendinden çıkıp yükselişe geçmesinin ilk sinyalidir ve kurumsal para girişinin başladığını gösterir. Büyük oyuncular harekete geçmiş ve momentumu tetiklemişlerdir. #TRILC hisse senedinin bu sene yaptığı ralli öncesi oluşturduğu base’i ve hacimdeki Pocket Pivot ayak izlerini yakından inceleyelim. (Grafiklerde göreceğiniz yeşil hacim barları pocket pivot barlarıdır). Dikkat ederseniz base oluşurken birçok defa PP barları oluşmuş. Özellikle kırılım yaklaşırken bar boyları artmış ve boyun çizgisinini hemen altında gelen inside bar kırlımı ile de en yüksek hacimli barlardan birini almışız ve kırılım gerçekleşmiş.
Pocket Pivot, benim için bir uyarı işaretidir. O andan itibaren enstrümanı mercek altına alırım. Son teknik gelişmelere bakar, yükseliş potansiyelini değerlendiririm. Eğer görüntü benim için pozitifse, Pocket Pivot seviyesinden ve/veya önemli bir teknik seviyenin kırılmasıyla pozisyon alırım. Böylece erken aşamada harekete dahil olmuş olurum.

You can easily find this information on the internet and add it to your charts on your trading platform to experiment. In this article, I will try to explain why and how I use the “Pocket Pivot,” which I believe is much more important.
A trader's job is to accurately predict market movements and profit from these movements. As everyone involved in financial markets constantly experiences, identifying the right entry and exit points is not easy. At this point, as a trader who has adopted the momentum trade strategy, the "Pocket Pivot" serves as an important guide for me.
Pocket Pivot actually traces the steps taken by big players, institutional funds. These players determine the direction of the market trend. My goal is to take a position at the earliest point where this momentum turns positive. Whether you look at it in the short or long term, the Pocket Pivot is usually the first signal that a stock is moving from a downtrend to an uptrend and indicates that institutional money is starting to flow in. The big players have moved and triggered the momentum.
For me, the Pocket Pivot is a warning signal. From that moment on, I scrutinize the instrument. I look at technical indicators and recent developments to assess the potential for an upward move. If the outlook is positive for me, I take a position at the Pocket Pivot level and/or upon the breakout of a significant technical level. This way, I become involved at an early stage.
